02 / How we deliver
From drawing to site,
in four steps
Enclosures are built to drawing, not stocked as fixed models. What we need from you is limited: process conditions, circuits, preferred component brands and the delivery date.
Requirements & drawing
Send the system diagram, terminal list or a photo of the old box; we confirm protection class, material, circuit count and mounting.
Configuration & quotation
Enclosure construction, bill of materials and price, with options and alternatives clearly marked.
Build & wiring
Sheet metal, component mounting and wiring to drawing, with circuit tags and terminal numbers completed in parallel.
Final check & shipment
Circuits, components and tags checked against the drawing, power-on test, then packing and shipment with drawings and documents.
