SINCE 2010 Automation assemblies
We put the plant floor
into a reliable enclosure
Junction boxes, solenoid valve boxes, operator consoles and intelligent MCCs — from field signal to power distribution, engineered, built to drawing and delivered as one assembly. Serving pulp & paper, salt chemicals, water treatment, thermal power, new materials and new energy.
01 / Product families
Three families,
from field signal to power
Connection enclosures gather signals and control air close to the valve; electrical assemblies take over motor and power management; piping and accessories close the last gap — air supply and installation. All three follow one drawing, share interfaces and ship as a package.

02 / Craft & quality
The box is the bit part.
Reliability is the lead.
The site decides the shape: corrosive media call for stainless steel, outdoor duty has to take rain, and maintenance has to open with one hand. We write those parameters into the drawing — and into every enclosure.
-
01
IP65 / IP66 / IP67 protection
Sealed, corrosion resistant and easy to install — built for chemical plants, wastewater treatment and outdoor distribution.
IP65IP66IP67 -
02
1.5 – 2.0 mm stainless door
Cold-rolled stainless steel body. Single or double leaf, wide opening angle and reversible hinge, so the wall position never dictates the installation.
-
03
Custom sizes and cut-outs
Outline, wall cut-outs, cable entry direction and panel layout follow the customer drawing. No fixed moulds.
-
04
One integrated package, less cable
Terminals, solenoid valves and breakers in one place, with air, power and signal completed together. Cleaner routing, lower material and labour cost.
-
05
Designed for maintenance
Clear circuit identification and reachable components. Fault finding does not require stripping the cabinet, so downtime stays short.
03 / Industries
Different sites,
different answers
The same junction circuit is treated differently in a salt-chemical plant and a coastal power station. Industry experience becomes the default answer for material, protection class and construction.
Pulp & Paper
Field control boxes, MCCs and pneumatic valve control for pulp lines, paper machines, recovery boilers and effluent treatment.
Salt & Chemicals
Stainless enclosures, piping and valves for corrosive media and humid atmospheres.
Water Treatment
Local control, signal marshalling and distribution for pump stations, dosing rooms and sludge dewatering.
Thermal Power
Centralised motor control and maintenance distribution for boiler auxiliaries, coal handling and ash systems.
New Materials
Primary instrument wiring, air integration and operator HMI for new production lines.
New Energy
Power distribution, local operator stations and equipment protection circuits for supporting lines.
04 / Projects
Fifteen years of drawings,
built into these projects
From Sun Paper, APP and Shanying International to PT OKI and Indah Kiat in Indonesia and Modern Karton in Türkiye, our assemblies travel with the project to overseas sites.
Source: company product catalogue, project reference list (2019 – 2025).
05 / Clients
Running production lines,
together
Clients span Chinese and international pulp & paper groups and their overseas mills. Long-term component partners include Honeywell, SIEMENS, Schneider Electric, ABB, FESTO, SMC, ASCO and PHOENIX CONTACT.

06 / Certifications
Certified,
documents with the goods
Business licence, High-Tech Enterprise certificate, ISO 9001 quality management, CE Low Voltage Directive declaration and type test report — available with the shipment on request.

07 / Start here
A drawing, or just a photo of the site — either is enough.
Send the process conditions, drawings or a photo of the old box. Our engineers reply first with material, protection class and configuration advice — pricing comes after that.
